We prepare the filing, organize supporting documents and handle Department follow-up through the review process.
The Department pays you directly.
If the claim is approved, FDFS sends your funds directly to you and pays Spyglass Investigations separately under the signed agreement.
Do not send a fee payment to Spyglass Investigations.The Department pays the authorized fee only after an approved claim.
